Terms and Conditions
At Mad Moo Toys we aim to provide you, the customer, with a hassle free shopping experience.
Ordering and Delivery
We currently ship to the UK ONLY.
Items up to 2kg are usually shipped via Royal Mail with an expected delivery time of 3 working days after despatch.
Items in excess of 2kgs and that are large in dimension are shipped via UPS with an expected delivery time of 2 working days after despatch.
We can arrange a faster Special delivery - please contact us, sales@MadMooToys.com, and we will advise you of the cost.
We aim to process your order as quickly as possible, and will usually despatch your item within two working days of receiving your order.
If an item is no longer available or out of stock, then we will inform and advise you of the new expected date of delivery.
Contact may be via the telephone so please provide us with a daytime telephone number.
By placing an order you confirm that you have provided us the correct billing address of your debit/credi card, and the correct delivery address.
Please note that delivery calculation is weight based, and that the maximum delivery charge is £6.95.
You can view postage and packing charges at anytime by clicking "My shopping" under "shopping list", in The Shop.
Orders placed after 5pm Monday to Friday, and over the weekend will be processed the next working day.
Payment
can be made in the following ways:
Paypal
which now accepts credit/debit cards without the need for an account.
Cheque
which must be drawn on a UK Bank and have the cheque guarantee number on the back along with its' expiry date.

and mail us at contact@madmootoys.com to let us know to expect payment.
Items will only be despatched when full payment has been received and cheques have cleared, which could add an additional 5 working days to the order process.
Product Description
We aim to describe each product shown as accurately as possible. However where products are handmade, individually crafted, or are of certain materials (wood), this may cause the design and colour to vary from the images shown. Consequently Mad Moo Toys cannot be held for any changes to the final product as a result of any of the above.
Passing of Risk
Any risk in the goods is passed to you upon delivery of the goods. Liability in relation to delivery is also passed onto you at this stage. We do retain the title to the goods until cleared funds have been received by us.
You are responsible to check all goods upon delivery. We cannot claim to our courier for damaged goods unless notified to us within 24 hours of delivery.
Change of Mind - Cooling Off Period
PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU MUST RECEIVE APPROVAL FROM MAD MOO TOYS BEFORE RETURNING ANY ITEMS.
The Conusmer Protection (Distance Selling Regulations) Act 2000, allows for a 7 day "cooling off period. If you decide to return an item due to a change of mind, then you must inform us withn 7 working days starting the day after delivery. Please note that we will only accept a return, and refund your monies if the item(s) are unused, and in perfect re-saleable condition with all original packaging and instructions. A refund for the cost of goods only excluding any delivery charges accrued by you will be issued once we are in satisfactory receipt of the returned items. The refund will be via the original form of payment, or by cheque.
Damaged Goods
Our returns policy in no way affects your Statutory Rights as a consumer.
If goods are received damaged then we will offer you an alternative product or a full refund. Please notify us immediately within 24hrs of accepting delivery on 02087971878 (leaving a message with a contact telephone number).
We will decide the most appropriate method of returning the products to us, and pay a reasonable cost for the return carriage. Please enclose all packaging, instructions etc for the item, and a brief description of the fault.
Faulty Goods
In the unlikely event that your item develops a fault, the following applies:
If your item develops a fault within 7 days of accepting delivery you will be offered a full refund or a replacement item.
If your item develops a fault after 7 days of accepting delivery, but within 3 months, then we will look to repair the item by sending out replacement parts where applicable. Else we will pay for the item to be returned to us for repair by Mad Moo Toys. We will aim to get the repaired item back to you within 28 days. After 28 days we will replace the item, or where there is no replacement offer a full refund.
Our warranty covers items up to 3 months old. Certain items may however be covered by a separate manufacturers warranty - check with us to see if this applies to Your item(s).
General
We reserve the right to cancel any order that we deem unacceptable, and in such circumstances provide a full refund.
We reserve the right to alter our terms and conditions, products, and prices without notice. You are responsible for checking for any variations of the aforementioned terms and conditions.
We will attempt to ensure that website content is up to date and accurate. However we cannot offer a guarantee that our website is devoid of any discrepancies, We cannot offer any guarantees that the site is virus free, or free of any other disruptive properties or elements. Therefore we cannot be held responsible for any errors or omissions or issues caused by you visiting or using our website.
